Terms of Service

Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Meet Freja you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree — do not use the service.

Section 2 — Intellectual Property Protection

All content, code, AI logic, decision rules, recommendation systems, creative strategies, brand intelligence frameworks, and any other proprietary systems within Meet Freja are the exclusive intellectual property of Meet Freja.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce or publish any part of Freja's AI logic or recommendation systems
• Reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• Use Meet Freja to build a competing product
• Share screenshots or recordings of internal AI recommendations publicly without consent
• Allow third parties to access your account to study or replicate our systems

Violation results in: immediate account termination, loss of all refund eligibility, and legal action for damages.

Section 3 — Competitor and Research Use

Meet Freja may not be used by individuals or organizations that: are building competing ad management tools; are conducting competitive intelligence research on behalf of a competitor; or intend to publish analysis of our AI systems. Accounts found to be in violation will be terminated immediately without refund.

Section 4 — Confidentiality

Freja's recommendations, strategies and AI-generated insights are confidential business information. By using Meet Freja you agree to treat all AI outputs as confidential and not share them publicly without written permission from Meet Freja.

Section 5 — The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Meet Freja offers a 30-day money back guarantee subject to ALL of the following conditions being met:

Conditions that must be met:

1. At least one ad platform connected and verified active
2. Ads running for minimum 14 consecutive days
3. Minimum total ad spend of 3,000 SEK during the guarantee period
4. Conversion tracking verified as functional by Freja's tracking health score of 5+
5. Minimum 3 of Freja's recommendations implemented and logged as completed in the platform — not just acknowledged
6. Product must have minimum 10 organic sales prior to guarantee period start
7. Guarantee period must not fall during a known seasonal low period for your product category as determined by Freja's seasonality data
8. One refund per payment method — ever
9. Guarantee applies to one brand per account
10. Agency plan guarantee applies per individual brand — not per account

How to request a refund:

You must contact support@meetfreja.com BEFORE initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Failure to contact support first voids the guarantee permanently. We will review your account within 48 hours and verify all conditions are met.

What voids the guarantee:

• Initiating a chargeback before contacting support
• Previous refund on same payment method
• Violation of any other term in this document
• Account found to be used for competitive research or reverse engineering
• Sharing Freja's AI logic publicly

Section 6 — Prohibited Uses

You may not use Meet Freja to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Advertise illegal products or services
• Circumvent platform advertising policies
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the guarantee or free trial
• Share account access with multiple organizations
• Use one account for more brands than your plan permits

Section 7 — Developer and Contractor Notice

Any individual given access to Meet Freja on behalf of a business agrees to these terms personally in addition to the business entity. Contractors, employees and agency staff are bound by these terms.

Section 8 — Journalist and Media Notice

Journalists, researchers and media professionals using Meet Freja for editorial purposes must disclose this to support@meetfreja.com before signup. Undisclosed media accounts found to be publishing internal AI logic or strategies will face immediate legal action.

Section 9 — Chargeback Policy

You agree that before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute or reversal with your bank or payment provider you will first contact Meet Freja at support@meetfreja.com and allow 5 business days for resolution. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these terms and we reserve the right to: dispute the chargeback with full documentation of service provided; terminate your account permanently; and pursue recovery of costs incurred from the chargeback process.

Section 10 — Account Sharing and Agency Use

Each Meet Freja account is licensed to one business entity. Sharing login credentials with external parties, other businesses or competing agencies is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Section 11 — Social Media and Public Statements

You may share your personal results and experience using Meet Freja publicly. You may NOT share screenshots of Freja's internal AI recommendations, decision frameworks or proprietary strategy outputs without written permission.

Section 12 — Limitation of Liability

Meet Freja provides recommendations and insights based on available data. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, product quality, landing page performance and platform algorithm changes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 30 days.

Section 13 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Stockholm, Sweden.

Section 14 — Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Meet Freja after changes constitutes acceptance.
